Production
Efficiently complete the production processes of laser cutting, folding, punching, paneling, ferrous welding, aluminum welding, painting, graphics and assembly, with the indicated resources, with high quality, safety and in the requested times.
Ensure the quality of the products respecting the defined methods, specifications, dimensions, tolerances and finishes as indicated in the engineering planimetry.
Guarantee maximum use of materials and supplies, in order to minimize the resulting waste.
- Training: complete secondary (exclusive), tertiary and/or university technical (Industrial Engineering, LOI, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, etc.)
- Flexible schedule
- Specific knowledge: reading and interpreting plans, handling of hand tools, handling of the Office package, handling of Capataz system
- Proven experience in metallurgical industries, with ISO quality standards systems preferably
- Knowledge of quality system under ISO standards, management of Capataz system preferably, safety and hygiene standards will be valued.

Logistics and Assembly
Guarantee correct logistics, dispatch, installation and assembly through internal and external variable resources, in order to satisfy the requirements agreed with the client, complying with safety and quality standards and pre-established times, to achieve the strategic objectives of the company.

- Training: complete secondary (exclusive), tertiary and/or university technical (Industrial Engineering, LOI, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, etc.)
- Full-time availability and willingness to travel inside and outside the country
- English language proficiency preferred
- Specific knowledge: office package, traffic, transportation, immigration regulations, broad general culture, reading plans, safety and hygiene standards, quality system under ISO standards, management system
- Proven experience in metallurgical industries, with ISO quality standards systems preferably
- Knowledge in handling hand tools, reading and interpreting plans, handling trucks, cranes, forklifts, and H&S documentation management will be valued.
- Competencies: results orientation, leadership, tolerance to pressure, problem-solving skills, management of complex variables simultaneously, customer orientation.
Development and Innovation Engineering
Develop and generate in a timely manner the design, planimetry and documentation necessary for the manufacturing and installation of highly innovative products, aligned with the client’s needs.
Propose improvements and innovations in the area to achieve the engineering objective of continuous improvement in processes and productive efficiency.
Develop, motivate, train and lead team members to improve their skills and competencies.
- Training: tertiary and/or university (Industrial design, MMO Master of works, Architecture, Industrial, civil or electromechanical engineering)
- Full-time availability and willingness to travel inside and outside the country
- English language proficiency (exclusive)
- Specific knowledge: Office package, CorelDraw, AutoCad 2D and 3D, Solidworks, Tango/Capataz system preferably
- Verifiable experience in technical or engineering office positions, working on special projects and designs
- Have a valid driver's license for light vehicles, excluding
- Competencies: results orientation, teamwork, analytical thinking, quality orientation, innovation, adaptability and flexibility to change, communication
Administration and finance
Manage finances efficiently and Manage the administration of the company by optimizing management control and asset control.
Relate collaboratively with the Marketing, Production and Purchasing sectors in order to act in a coordinated manner with them to meet the company’s strategic objectives.
- Training: tertiary or university according to the position (CPN, Business Administration)
- Full-time availability and willingness to travel inside and outside the country
- English language proficiency preferred
- Specific knowledge: office package, knowledge of ERPs, comprehensive management system, standards
- Proven experience in project-based industry management.
- Clear and demonstrable knowledge in finance and accounting techniques.
